UNDERSTANDING THE LOTTERY

 

We know that lots of you want to come to camp and we really want you to come.
 

The completed registration package can be handed into Scotty (Mrs. Scott Thomas in Guidance) starting Tuesday, October 7th.  However all of the required documents must be handed in by Thursday, October 9th @ 2:30 pm to be considered for the lottery. Some forms need to be completed online, others will need to be downloaded and printed (please see the Registration page of this website for complete details). At the end of the three days, we will select the delegates by a lottery process. Once we have made the selection, we will let everyone know if they have been successful or not.

If you don't get into to camp on the first selection, we will include your name in the waiting pool. Every year we have delegates who have to back out of camp before it starts and so we are able to pull additional people in from this pool. You have to be patient though as most changes occur the week before camp happens. If you do not want to be in the waiting pool, you are welcome to come and get your Travel Request Form and cheque back from Scotty.
